Shipping

Free express shipping within 1 - 2 weeks worldwide. 
After  3-5 business days your order will be processed. After this, allow for a maximum of 15 business days for the mousepad to arrive to your doorstep.

Refunds

Phantom Mousepads strongly believes in the premium quality of the mousepads we make and we provide easy replacements or refunds to our customers if our product does not meet the claimed quality standards.
The warranty length is 30 days. 30 days after the item has been received by the customer, the item is exempt from refunds and exchanges.
Phantom Mousepads reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

Who Is Protected
The Warranty covers only Phantom Mousepads products purchased by the original consumer.

What Is and Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover any Phantom Mousepads product that was damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, usage not in accordance with image guidelines and instructions, natural or personal disaster, or unauthorized alterations, repairs or modifications.

Damaged or Defective products
Phantom Mousepads will gladly replace any defective or damaged items or if the item arrived is not as described on our website. Please email us the photos of the item to info@phantommousepads.com and explain the issue with the product. Our team will assess the damage/defect and take corrective action at no cost to you. Keep in mind that we keep pictures of each item before shipping. Damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement or refund. 

After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether or not you have a right to a refund. We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days of giving us notice of cancellation. We will refund any money received using the same method used to make payment.

To be eligible for a refund it is necessary to return the product. Returning the product in case of a defect/issue is without costs.

Returns & Exchanges
Since we make custom mousepads with either customer provided design or limited edition items, they are not eligible for a return or exchange. Returns/refunds/exchanges are reserved for defective products only.

Refund Processing Times
It takes a couple of business days for banks to process the refunds issued by merchants. If you have not received the refund within a week after our refund confirmation email, please double check your bank statement and contact us at info@phantommousepads.com.
